1 July 2023 - Smoky Moon

I met some wonderful friends on Territory Day, and what started as a random meetup turned into an impromptu moon-gazing workshop!

What you see in the videos is the Moon through a telescope. The clouds drift by before the Moon, creating a dramatic, smokey effect.

The experience was not just about the glowing orb in the sky, but the laughter, the awe, the wonder and the shared fascination as we gazed upwards. It wasn't planned, but isn't that when the best things happen?
