Are you interested in the night sky?

Join us for a party under the stars!

Hi there!

My name is Sean Liang, an amateur astronomer and teacher at Darwin Middle School. During the dry season in Darwin Australia, I host stargazing workshops in the Litchfield Nation Park.

Have you ever seen the splendour of the Milky Way with your very own eyes? If not, I’m excited to show you how mesmerizing the night sky can be right here in Litchfield. Here are some stunning timelapse clips of the night sky that will give you a taste of what’s to come.

If you find that fascinating, here is an invitation to join my stargazing workshops.

In my workshop, we go beyond normal eyesight and peer into deep space using telescopes. You'll see simple points of light unfold into thousands of stars, and what seems like a single light reveals itself as millions of suns. It’s truly a sight to behold, revealing the hidden wonders of the universe.

What's special about our time together is that there’s no set agenda—it’s all about exploration and your interests. Curious about planets? Fascinated by nebulae? Or maybe you're eager to snap some amazing photos of the Milky Way? Whatever your passion, we can explore it together. Every visit offers a new perspective, with endless discoveries waiting for you.
